Will it ever stop raining?!

I’m over the moon to share a few fun writing events coming up…come to listen, come to write, come to escape your annoying neighbors!

First off, these fabulous events are FREE and, delightfully, they are putting me in some of my favorite places on earth: my hometown library and The Book Stall in Winnetka!

Sept. 17th, 2026 I will be in conversation with the luminous and witty Abby Geni regarding her latest release CHILDREN OF THE WOLF. Reason to adore Abby- she’s insanely talented, always incorporates cute little animals in her books, and she has a knack for connecting with writer and non-writers alike.
Time & Place: 6:30pm at The Book Stall (an indie book store so stupendous that it has an attached coffee shop, an excellent selection of socks and candles, and a whole room filled with puzzles and paint/sketch books!)

Sept. 24th, 2026 I will be leading an unusual, quirky, and downright entertaining writing workshop titled ‘The Wildest Writing You’ve Ever Done.’ There will be music, sound effects, nail colors, historical facts, whimsical fashion, and some Taylor Swift for added flair. Come prepared to write, to be silly, and to just have some fun.
Time & Place: 7pm at Glencoe Public Library (in the Hammond Room!)
