Paintings

While my storytelling typically contains words dedicated to books, movie scripts, poetry, story performance, or workshops, occasionally I tell stories through art- specifically abstract paintings. I enjoy it without making it my entire career, I do it because it is challenging, wonderful, and satisfying. I also learn a whole lot about myself in the process.

Upcoming shows:

Central Station Coffee & Tea in Wilmette, IL (collection is titled ‘A Moment for Nostalgia’ and is an exploration of my memories, everything from cotton candy concession stands to cold Wisconsin lakes to the first course where I learned to play the game of golf). Paintings will be exhibited from November 1-30, 2026.
