Last Fall I wrote a Flash Fiction story titled ‘That Old Beautiful Love’ (published by Stanchion Zine) and it was just wild enough for me to think that it could do more. But where else can a story go?
On a whim of why-the-hell-not, I asked Maggie Meiners, my brilliant friend and filmmaker, if she thought it would make a compelling short film. She agreed that it would and she adapted my story into a script. Today we learned that it was selected for the Chicago Indie Film Awards.
