Giddyup friends!

Welcome to a surreal, transcendent postpartum fantasy in which a new mother hallucinates a glamorous superstar visiting her in the bathroom- yes, really!

This script started out as a flash fiction piece that I wrote years ago, in retrospect of giving birth to my second child. I’m re-teaming with my creative partner Maggie Meiners who will direct, and I couldn’t be more excited. Postpartum is often experienced in private…this film will draw you in, sit you down in the bathroom, and allow you to witness the transformation that mothers endure.
